The location of this hotel was excellent, with easy access to the underground station and plenty of dining options nearby. the host was responsive and provided the necessary information promptly. The room itself was clean and had basic amenities provided. the lift, although old and noisy, was appreciated. Unfortunately, our keys were lost during a pickpocketing incident, but the host was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The value proposition of this hotel lies in its great location, with attractions like Oxford Street and Hyde Park in close proximity. the room was fairly clean, and the electric shower was a nice touch. the presence of a Tesco nearby and easy access to the Big Bus Tour stop added to the overall appeal. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price, with convenient amenities like Wi-Fi and an electric kettle. the lack of pets allowed and no smoking policy on site create a comfortable environment. For a basic, clean room in a great location, this hotel is a solid choice.
